Loka is thrilled to be offering Thai Yoga and Massage with Amy Torgerson this fall!
Ready to try something new? Seeking another way to progress on your physical healing journey? Look no further, it's time for Assisted Thai Yoga with the lovely Loka Sangha community member and Chief Mermaid, Amy Torgerson.
Assisted Thai Yoga is a one-on-one individualized therapeutic experience that includes acupressure, passive stretching and energy work. It promotes peace in the mind and ease in the body; effects include relaxation, pain relief, increased flexibility, boosting the immune system, reducing exercise soreness and aiding digestion. The session begins with a brief discussion to provide an intention for the practice, the participant then receives compressions and allows the body to be brought through range of motion exercises, and ends with energy healing while in savasana.
