Autumn Ross
Liscensed Acupuncturist and Yoga Teacher

Autumn is a graduate of Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College of Berkeley and a licensed acupuncturist. She has provided acupuncture to a variety of people through internships at the AIMC Clinic, SF Homeless Prenatal, and the UC Berkeley Sports Medicine Facility. She enjoys the range of use that Traditional Chinese Medicine provides and that it allows her to treat many different people.

As both a student and a teacher of yoga, Autumn strives to offer a space where the discipline of yoga is respected and made available to all bodies. Autumn hopes to provide an opportunity through yoga to explore and experience, to repair and relax. The movement and coordinated use of body, mind and breath is such a greattool of yoga, one that Autumn teaches with a beginner’s mind and joy. This excitement about yoga has driven her to bring it into communities she treasures and that are lacking exposure to a form of yoga that is more familiar and accessible.

Autumn likes to work together with you on the path to wellness and works to make people's health goals accessible and individualized. She combines her training and experience in yoga, breathing exercises, and nutrition with the practice of Chinese medicine to tailor a health plan for each individual. Autumn loves science, both modern and ancient. When she isn't practicing yoga or Chinese medicine, Autumn enjoys doing crossword puzzles, going to the beach, and relaxing with her wife and dog.
